The Colleen Hoover Book Tag! (Original)

Hello, readers!

As you all may already know, Colleen Hoover is one of my all time favourite novelists, so I decided to make a booktag using her novels and characters (all spoiler-free, so keep reading even if you haven't read her novels).

It was a month ago when I decided I wanted to create a tag about something I was really passionate about, and staring at the ceiling I thought about Colleen, so I started writing tons of possible questions to create this booktag.

Feel free to do this tag on your blog, booktube cannel, bookstagram... even if I didn't tag you to do it.

Translate it, share it, add and delete questions, tag people... WHATEVER YOU WANT!

But mostly...Have fun!

1. Maybe Someday. If you had to make the soundtrack for a book, which book would you choose and which songs would you use?

I would definitely choose Cut Both Ways by Carrie Mesrobian, because I could not stop thinking about some songs while I was Reading it. The songs I would use would be Secret Love Song by Little Mix and Wild by Troye Sivan.

2. Slammed. I dare you to make a four verses poem describing your favourite book right now.

the book that stole my heart,
Nothing's gonna beat it,
I loved every part.

That was sooo fun to do! Literally say the first thing that comes to your mind!

3. Ugly Love. "Love isn't always pretty, Tate." A book that can break your heart and fix it at the same time.

November 9 by Colleen Hoover... It literally broke me, but made me extremely happy at the same time. I could laugh and cry in the same page, which I think stands for "breaking and fixing" pretty well.

4. Losing Hope. A book you would like to read from another character's POV.

I have always said this and I will keep on saying this until John Green decides to write The Fault in Our Stars from Augustus' POV.

5. Confess. Let's judge a book by its title... Let's confess. What is the book that no one expects you to like but you actually love?

This is a difficult one, damn it! I am going to base this on my classmates. Last year I had to read The Catcher in The Rye for school, and while everyone was hating on it, I was reading it for the second time around with completely huge heart eyes. I love that book, and none of classmates expected that reaction from anyone!

6. Warren (Maybe Someday). Most main characters have a best friend that can be either very charming or really annoying. Who is your favourite secondary character? And who is the one you dislike the most?

I love Ben, from Paper Towns. He is absolutely hilarious and cute and he made me laugh a lot of times.
The one I dislike the most... I'm going to say Nehemia from Throne of Glass, because I was never sure of how I felt towards her, and most of the time I was hoping she wouldn't show up.

7. Miles (Ugly Love). Very often we find characters with a very troubled, dark and traumatic past that doesn't let them move on. Which character's past would you like to erase to make them feel better?

I am going to say Hardin Scott, from the After series. He was in so much pain and lived in a constant frustration that didn't let him see how he could have a better life if he tried a little bit harder. I was a big, huge, fan of After when it was a fanfiction, and ever since it was published I have pointed out plenty of things I don't like about the books, but it is overall an enjoyable read that makes your heart race. For sure. And I grew really attached to Hardin, so I would definitely erase all his past (and present events too) for him to be happier.

8. November 9. Name a book you perfectly remember the day you read it.

Can I say a Colleen Hoover book? Can I? I can.
Maybe Someday. I remember it was a Saturday of the 2015 summer. I was kind of sick and my sister was out for the weekend, so I had nothing better to do than start a new book. It literally took me around twelve hours to read the novel. It was absolutely fascinating.
